Notice of intent to return must be received by us within 10 days of the receipt date as posted in our system and that is printed on your receipt in the upper right-hand corner.
Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of receipt date. Using our shipping methods, this allows plenty of time for the receipt of the product and return shipping.
Customer is responsible for and pays for all shipping fees including sending and return.and incurs all responsibility for the items and damages that they may incur during the return shipping. Items must arrive to us in NEW and Unused condition and must contain all original product packaging. Packaging must not be torn or damaged.
